After spending 7 years in the art department of a large print company, I left my job in 2005 to become a freelance designer. It was only supposed to be a temporary change that allowed me to be home while our kids were little. But I found a deeper sense of joy and pride in my work once I was able to connect directly with my clients. I enjoy learning to understand their goals and execute their vision for their brands, even when they can’t quite put their finger on it themselves. Helping my clients communicate with their clients is my jam.
I was going to be a graphic designer. That’s actually how Cassandra and I met. But when the print company I wanted to work for wasn’t hiring in their art department and had an opening in a different department instead, I went for it. For the next 20 years, I spent my career working my way around the company, helping wherever I was needed and learning every aspect of print production and project management along the way. In 2019, it became clear that the best way to serve both my customers and my family was to join forces with Cassandra. And so, Turn-Key Design was born.
Turn-Key Design is the perfect partnership of Cassandra’s 20 years of design experience with Josh’s 20 years of experience in print management.

We’ll help you search for the best balance between quality and price, help handle complex projects, find printers who can handle unique requests, and help you determine the right material and quantities for your needs.
Our print pricing is comperable to what you would pay if you had to source and manage your projects on your own. We are compensated by our printers, who offer us wholesale pricing in exchange for bringing them projects that have been properly prepared by professionals.
